What a great way to work out!

A true lifesaver!
I have been training with Brian for nearly 3 years and have not only lost weight ( 36 lbs to date ) but have gained strenghth that I never thought I could have. The array of middle-aged aches and pains are kept well under control as Brian is constantly adapting my workout. Training with Brian has made my physically demanding job much easier, as I feel myself growing stronger each day. 3 years ago I could barely lift an 8kg kettlebell above my head, now swings, snatches and windmills with 12 kg and 16 kg bells are part of my daily routine. Dual Purpose Strength Training
Brian is an excellent kettlebell instructor. He puts a lot of thought and energy into everything he does. His training program matches kettlebell exercises to relevant martial arts techniques.
