Steve Maze is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in Exercise Kinesiology and Sports Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. He completed and worked as an Intern Assistant Strength Coach at Drexel University’s Strength and Conditioning Program training, coaching, and instructing 14 Division-I sports teams. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a certified USA-Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, and a Certified Russian Kettlebell Challenge Level I Instructor. He currently works as a personal trainer, kettlebell instructor, and strength coach to enhance each aspect of health and fitness for all.

Steve was the first instructor I had when starting out with bells.He has an amazing gift when it comes to proper instruction and explanation of how to get the swing down. I love taking his class because you never know what he is going to throw at you. Steve has had me doing everything from ladders to ropes to just straight out kicking my butt! He is always keeping up on his schooling of physical training and teaching new things. I would highly recommend taking a class with him when first starting out with bells.

Stephen Maze plays a very vital role in my training on a day to day bases. He has knowledge in a wide range of athletic training and has am extremely rare gift of being able to combine Kettlebell training along with Olympic and cosmetic lifting into a routine that will shed pounds, build strength and prepaire you for everything from fighting in the cage to being a healthier individual.
