Working with Brian has been a wonderful experience. His knowledge of fitness and nutrition helped me tremendously. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about working with Kettlebells when my Mom had recommended it, but I actually found it to be fun and effective! I do believe that it was with the help of Brian that I actually began to regain some self-confidence back that I had lost. After struggling for years with anorexia, I was looking for a way to increase my strength due to the muscle and bone density I had lost. He showed me that with the proper nutrition, I was capable of rebuilding my body in a healthy manner. I was only able to work with Brian for a short time while I was on a visit in PA but I saw my body transforming quickly. After only a few sessions, my strength and stamina had increased and my muscles started to become defined. I looked forward to meeting with Brian every day and was sad when my visit came to and end. My training with Kettlebells did not end though; I ordered a set for myself! I will continue working out and am looking forward to working with Brian every time I return to Pennsylvania!

I would recommend Brian to absolutely anyone. He is a compassionate trainer who cares about his clients. He truly tailors the exercise sessions to each and every individual. Do know that Brian puts extra time and effort into assuring you receive maximum benefits. Much of his time spent outside of the gym is dedicated to researching a nutrition and fitness plan that best suits you. So if you are fortunate enough to be able to work with Brain, then I would snatch up the opportunity while it lasts!

I can’t thank Brian enough for what he has done for me. He helped change my life in more ways than he knows. I credit my new healthy and fit lifestyle to Brian! Thanks Brian! See you soon!

My name is Leslie Ann Boccio and I am a 36-year-old mother of three. I met Brian two years ago after a recent miscarriage while trying for my third child. This was my second miscarriage over all and I was at the point of needing to do something for myself. My husband and I decided to join the gym. I wanted to work on my needs both inside and out.

My husband and I started working with Brian as our personal trainer and immediately we were happy with our results. For myself, he put me on a healthier eating regime to lose some weight while increasing my strength. After my third miscarriage, I was disgusted with myself overall and while still working with Brian, he kept my head in the game and kept me right on track where I needed to be.

I have had thyroid issues for nine years now and was taking the ‘old faithful’ Synthroid to keep my levels in check. The problem I had was that although my levels were on track, I still felt the symptoms that come with hypothyroidism. I was tired all of the time, I had no weight loss, I had dry skin and hair loss. Brian spoke to me about a medicine that could possibly help with my levels along with my symptoms. That medicine was called Cytomel. My doctor was willing to give it a try and to this day, I feel 95% better that I ever did on Synthroid and I take a considerably lesser dosage than I ever did on the Synthroid.

Brian is a tremendous asset to anyone he works with. He is extremely educated with nutrition, medications, and training. His knowledge and expertise on strength training is phenomenal. I recommend him to anyone willing to put the effort into helping themselves physically.

Seven months ago I finally gave birth to baby #3 and from working with Brian, my body never felt better during and after delivery. I felt the best after this birth than I ever did with the other two children. I carried this baby the best and the weight came off relatively easily after she was born.

I hope to always have Brian as my personal trainer. His professionalism is impeccable. He is an asset to anyone who hires him. I wish him all of the luck and success.

Deciding to work with Brian Petty was one of the best fitness choices I have ever made. He used his experience and training with Kettlebells and his vast knowledge of nutrition to tailor a fitness program that best suits my needs.

The first time I worked with Kettlebells I didn’t think I would come back for a second session. Kettlebells were a different way of exercising for me. It was through Brian’s patience, encouragement, and enthusiasm that I kept coming back. The workouts got harder but I continued to get stronger. I found myself looking forward to my workouts. I began seeing the results that I wanted…muscle tone and definition.

Please understand that I am not new to fitness training. I have been working out seriously for the past few years and worked with different trainers both in Downingtown and Naples, FL. None compares to the training I have received from Brian Petty. His program of diet and exercise has led to results that were unobtainable in the past.

Don’t let me forget the self-confidence level that I achieved. Lifting weights that I never thought possible has led me to achieve other goals that I never thought possible. I have never felt better in my life. I was recently told by my doctor that I have the blood pressure of a high school marathon runner….I am 58 years old. I can only credit Brian’s fitness program with this.

When you work with Brian Petty you get the whole package. He doesn’t just stand there and count reps. You get all of his attention, all of his enthusiasm, all of his encouragement, all the best a personal trainer can be. Most importantly you get all the results you set out to achieve.

When I first started my personal training program in 2004 with another trainer, my personal expectations were to maintain a level of fitness in order to actively participate year-round in tennis competitively. I also wanted to lose weight.

During that first year, my level of fitness was not progressing as quickly as I had hoped nor had I lost the weight that I anticipated.

Then I met and started training with Brian Petty. What a difference it made! Along with a personalized nutrition program and suggested supplements, I started to see gradual improvement in my overall health and fitness. Since that time, I have continued to see optimum results, particularly in my percentage of body fat. I attribute this to Brian’s dedication, motivation, and perseverance.

Having me as a client has been a challenge for Brian. I have several health issues that he needed to research in order to find the right supplement program for me to follow as well as specific exercises to follow in order to meet my personal goals. He was, and continues to be, relentless in his research to find a solution to these problems. For the most part, we have been successful in achieving a level that meets my needs. It is noteworthy to mention that when you train with Brian he continues to follow your overall health and well-being. You are not just a number with him. He shows a sincere interest in you as a person in order to keep you motivated to continue with the program he ahs designed for you.

Just recently he has been instrumental in developing a program to strengthen my knee area subsequent to arthroscopic surgery. Working with my doctor on a one-on-one basis, Brian was able to develop a program that was geared toward that goal. Even though the results are slower than anticipated, his relentless encouragement to push through the pain is helping me focus on the therapy aspect of our workout. I am more than grateful to him for his guidance and encouragement. With that in mind, I am continuing to work with him as he is my main counselor during this most difficult time in my training.

I would highly recommend Brian to anyone that was looking for a personal trainer who goes the extra mile to satisfy his clients, particularly those individuals that are finding it frustrating in maintaining a specific level of fitness.

My husband and I met Brian through the wrestling program at Downingtown East High School. We were not sure what to expect or what benefits our son would receive from strength training. As it turns out, Brian has turned our son’s wrestling career completely around.

Brian’s magnetism, work ethic, and knowledge and conditioning are superb! Brian is able to get the best out of his charges. Our son goes to every workout and puts forth his best effort because Brian is there. Brian is an incredible motivator! As long as our son continues to train with Brian, we believe his wrestling career will continue to improve beyond where we thought possible.

Coupled with strength training, Brian is also educating our son on better eating habits. No small feat for a teenager. His diets are reasonable and appropriate for the goals they are trying to attain. His emphasis on healthy eating, and de-emphasis on “weight cutting” is clearly a focus that we as parents expect and appreciate.
